Ourvita, also known as Farmaceutici Procemsa S.p.A. Società Benefit, a company active in the development and production of pharmaceutical specialties, has announced that it has successfully priced an offering of €170 million aggregate principal amount by way of a private placement.
Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a team led by partners Marcello Bragliani, Fergus Wheeler, and Alessia De Coppi, with associates Medha Vikram, Davide Camasi, Wei Jing Pamela Ng, and Nicolle Odutoye.
