Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Wayve Technologies Limited (Wayve), a leader in Embodied AI for autonomous driving, on its strategic acquisition of Quality Match GmbH, a German startup specializing in data quality assurance for computer vision datasets and artificial intelligence. The acquisition marks an expansion of Wayve’s presence in Germany.
The Latham team was led by London Emerging Companies & Growth partner Shing Lo and Frankfurt Emerging Companies & Growth partner Markus Krueger, with associates Nathan Van As and Dominique Brieger.
