Latham & Watkins advised Vox Media, LLC and Vox Media Holdings, Inc. (Vox Media), the leading modern media company which is the home of nearly 20 popular and influential brands, including Eater, New York Magazine, SB Nation, The Dodo, and The Verge, in a revolving credit facility issued by Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (SVB). The new revolving credit facility refinances Vox Media’s existing loan facility, also issued by SVB.
