Vital Energy, Inc. (NYSE: VTLE) announced the acquisition of additional working interests in producing assets associated with the recent asset acquisition from Henry Energy LP, Moriah Henry Partners LLC, and Henry Resources LLC.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Vital Energy in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Stephen Szalkowski, with assistance from associates Cesar Leyva, Robert Cunningham, and Justin Reinking. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with assistance from associate Dylan White; and on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. partner Jason Cruise and counsel Peter Todaro.
