Vision RNG (VRNG), a renewable natural gas (RNG) production, has announced that it has closed on an aggregate US$207 million in project financing with HASI, an investor in climate solutions. This landmark funding will be instrumental in accelerating Vision RNG’s growth strategy which will result in advancing sustainable energy solutions and reducing carbon emissions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Vision RNG in the financing with a team led by partner Cameron Lyons, with assistance from associates Lauren Lozada, Ike Obioma,* and Alexan Stulc. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Rene De Vera, with associate Jared Kawalsky.
