Latham & Watkins advises Valiant Asset Management on the Acquisition of a Minority Stake in House of Modo

Latham & Watkins advises Valiant Asset Management Limited, an alternative credit manager focused on the Western European corporate middle market, and related partners on the acquisition of a minority stake in House of Modo, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of premium eyewear, via a US$100 million hybrid capital investment.

The Latham team was led by partner Marcello Bragliani with corporate associates Nicholas Luraghi and Chiara Giustiniani and finance associate Nicola Nocerino.
