Latham & Watkins Advises UniCredit on €305 Million Syndicated Loan Facility for Heckler & Koch

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised UniCredit Bank GmbH in its role as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, and documentation agent on a new unsecured syndicated loan facility for H&K AG (Heckler & Koch) with a total volume of €305 million.

The facility has a term of five years with two extension options of one additional year each and fully refinances Heckler & Koch’s existing syndicated loan facility. The available funds will be used for general corporate purposes, enhancing the company’s financial flexibility and creating the basis for the consistent implementation of its growth and investment strategy.

The Latham team was led by Hamburg Banking & Private Credit associate Anna‑Maria Kuckerz and Frankfurt partner Alexandra Hagelüken.
