LetsGetChecked, a leading global healthcare solutions company, has announced it has finalized the acquisition of Truepill, a leading digital pharmacy platform. This strategic acquisition allows Truepill to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of LetsGetChecked, with teams from both Truepill and LetsGetChecked collaborating on integrations and access that enhance the customer and patient experience.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Truepill in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Orange County partners Daniel Rees and Nima Movahedi, with associates Taylor Ashton, Jack McKay, Danny Del Giorno, and Christopher Siino.
