Caylent, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, announced it has acquired Trek10 Inc., also an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, in a strategic move that expands Caylent’s portfolio into managed services and strengthens its ability to deliver end-to-end AWS services for customers.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Trek10 in the transaction with a corporate team led by Boston partners Ryan McCarthy and Elizabeth Slawsby, with associates Gabrielle Carusello, Malorie Frayssinet, and Joseph Donoso. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Washington, D.C. partner Andrea Ramezan-Jackson; on government contracts by Washington, D.C. partner Dean Baxtresser, with associate Genevieve Hoffman; on intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters by associates Deborah Hinck and Victoria Allen; on compensation and benefits matters by Boston partner Josh Friedman; and on labor matters by Chicago counsel Laura Waller.
