InTandem Capital Partners, LLC, a healthcare services focused private equity firm, announced that it has completed an equity investment in The Phia Group, an industry leader in healthcare cost containment and portfolio company of WestView Capital Partners. InTandem is joined in its investment by strategic co-investments from HarbourVest and Partners Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented WestView Capital Partners and The Phia Group in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Nate Amory and associate Laki Triantafylidis, with associates Gabrielle Carusello, Brian Wolgast, and Sarah Weiswasser.
