Guala Closures, a global leader in the production of aluminum and plastic closures in the beverage industry, has successfully concluded a new €350 million high yield bond issuance.
Latham & Watkins advised the pool of banks in the transaction composed by Deutsche Bank and UniCredit (as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Physical Bookrunners), Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America (as Joint Bookrunners).
The Latham team was led by Milan corporate partners Jeff Lawlis and Paolo Bernasconi with associates Michele Vangelisti and Edoardo Picchi. Advice was also provided on Italian finance matters by Milan partner Antongiulio Scialpi with associate Nicola Nocerino; and on UK finance matters by London partner Manoj Bhundia with associates Medha Vikram and Sidney Chin.
