
Tempus AI, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEM), a technology company leading the adoption of AI to advance precision medicine and patient care, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Personalis, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSNL). The acquisition will expand Tempus AI’s capabilities in minimal residual disease (MRD) and enhance its ability to support patients from diagnosis and treatment selection, to recurrence and monitoring.
