Latham & Watkins is among the advisors to Teleperformance, a global digital business services company, on its €3 billion proposed acquisition of Luxembourg-based, Euronext-listed Majorel, an international service company specialising in customer experience and business process outsourcing.
The merger, subject to regulatory approval, would create a digital business with operations in the Americas, Europe, India, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.
The Latham team is led by corporate partners, Teri O’Brien in San Diego and Pierre-Louis Clero in Paris, and antitrust partners, David Little in Brussels and Adrien Giraud in Paris.
