Healthcare supply chain intelligence provider Symmetric today announced a strategic growth investment from Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm focused on artificial intelligence, software, and data businesses.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Spectrum Equity in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Ryan McCarthy and Laki Triantafylidis, with associates Niko Orfanedes,* Alberto Cabrera Rivera, and Emily Teems. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Pardis Zomorodi, with associate Tessa Young; on benefits matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner, with associate Will Fowler; on intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters by Boston partner Deborah Hinck, with associate Susana Santos; on healthcare matters by Bay Area partner Betty Pang; and on insurance matters by Los Angeles partner Drew Levin and San Diego counsel Hannah Cary, with associates Enrique Covarrubias and Sandra Mathew.
