Latham & Watkins advised SKIMS Body, Inc. (SKIMS), an American shapewear and clothing brand company, in its Series C financing. The asset manager Wellington Management led the latest round. Other participating firms include Greenoaks Capital Partners and the existing backers D1 Capital Partners and Imaginary Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents SKIMS in the deal with a corporate team led by New York partner Keith Halverstam, Bay Area partners Brian Patterson and Benjamin Potter, and associates Samantha Gross, Eric Znotins, and Michael Bevilacqua. Advice was also provided on regulatory compliance matters by Washington, D.C. partner Erin Brown Jones; and on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. counsel Patrick English.
