Latham & Watkins Advises Sixth Street on Growth Investment for the US’s Largest Home Remodeling Company, Power Home Remodeling

Power Home Remodeling (POWER), the nation’s largest home remodeling company, has announced that it has secured a growth investment from Bain Capital, Sixth Street, and Harvest Partners Structured Capital. The firms will partner with POWER’s management team and existing investor, Harvest Partners, whose funds remain the largest investor, to support the company’s continued expansion. To date, POWER has served more than one million customers across 26 territories nationwide.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Sixth Street in the transaction with a corporate team led by partners John Miller, Nima Movahedi, and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Jack McKay, Danny Del Giorno, and Saul Aguirre Villarreal. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by partner Michelle Gross; on debt matters by Chicago counsel Ben Gelfand; on tax matters by partner Katharine Moir.
