Quantum Systems announced the signing of its US$1.2 billion Series D financing round, valuing the company at approx. US$8 billion on a post-money basis. Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Quantum Systems on capital markets matters in connection with the financing round.
The transaction is co-led by Blackstone, Noteus, Airbus and Advent and supports Quantum Systems’ industrial scale-up as a leading deep-tech prime for interoperable, multi-domain autonomous capabilities in Europe.
