Latham & Watkins has advised PSG Equity (PSG), a leading growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies, on its acquisition of Diapason, a high-profile French provider of treasury and risk management software for large and mid-sized companies.
This transaction, which makes PSG Diapason’s new reference shareholder, will enable Diapason to consolidate its leading position in France both in the large and mid-market segments, reaffirm the company’s European ambitions, and accelerate its international expansion.
