
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised profine Group on the issuance of 7.625% senior secured notes under New York law (144A/Regulation S) in an aggregate principal amount of €430 million maturing in 2031. The issuer is HT Troplast GmbH, a holding company of the profine Group. The transaction also included a super senior revolving credit facility with a volume of €85 million.
