Post Oak Energy Capital, L.P. (Post Oak) has announced the sale of the assets of UpCurve Energy Partners I and II. The transaction includes substantially developed oil and gas assets located in the Southern Delaware Basin in West Texas, consisting of mature oil-weighted production and associated leasehold acreage.
