Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients, on the financing of the acquisition of agn Niederberghaus & Partner GmbH (AGN) by private equity firm Adagia Partners and management. AGN is a leading general planning and project management provider for public building projects in Germany.
The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with associates Philipp Guggeis, Johanna Wörle, and Valentin Mezger.
