Outsmart Education, Inc., a newly formed startup on a mission to make higher education significantly more accessible and equitable, worldwide, announced it has raised US$13 million dollars in a seed funding round. The round was led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Lightspeed Ventures, Latitud Ventures, Lenny Ratchinsky, 20Growth, and Karman Ventures, among other investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Outsmart Education in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Brian Patterson, with associate Galina Vujovic.
