
ŌURA, maker of Oura Ring, the smart ring that delivers personalized health data, insights, and daily guidance, has announced it has received an equity investment from Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) to provide additional capital to accelerate development of health tools.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents ŌURA in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter and Chicago partner Jana Kovich, with associates Omar Ammash and Camille N’Diaye-Muller.
