
Vaderis Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted therapies for rare vascular diseases, has announced the closing of a private US$152 million Series B financing and initiation of HEROIC, the company’s global Phase 3 clinical study evaluating engasertib (VAD044) in patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). The financing was co-led by Life Sciences at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and TCGX.
