Latham & Watkins advised on a US$3.64 billion financing for Ascensus, a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America.
Banking partners Michele Penzer and Victor Ludwig led the Latham team that represented the agents and arrangers in the financing, with associate Aditi Sharma and assistance from Casey Pepa. Advice was also provided on uniform commercial code matters by partner Brian Rock and counsel Emily Leong Yu and on tax matters by partner Rene de Vera.
