Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe, closed on April 14, 2023 its underwritten public offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of its Senior Notes, consisting of US$500 million of its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2026 and US$500 million of its 4.950% Senior Notes due 2028.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offering with a New York team led by partners Corey Wright and Erika Weinberg, with associates David Califano and Yulong Li.
