Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe, has announced that it has closed an underwritten public offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes, consisting of US$300 million of its 5.400% senior notes due 2029 and US$300 million of its 5.600% senior notes due 2034.
