Latham & Watkins represented the financial advisers to Surf Air Mobility Inc. in the regional air travel company’s direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SRFM on July 27, 2023. Latham has advised on 9 out of 12 major US direct listings to-date, including representing Spotify in its groundbreaking direct listing in 2018.
