
SOLV Energy, Inc. (the company) (Nasdaq: MWH), a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, has announced the pricing of an upsized public offering of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of US$36.00 per share. The offering consists of 15,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of the company, including 7,698,410 shares being offered by affiliates of American Securities LLC (the selling stockholders) and 7,301,590 shares being offered by the company. In addition, the selling stockholders and the company have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,154,760 shares and 1,095,240 shares, respectively, of Class A common stock of the company at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering closed on June 1, 2026.
