
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the initial purchasers on the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s dual-tranche 144A offering of (i) US$750 million of 6.346% Senior Secured Gaming Administration Notes due 2033, and (ii) US$1 billion of 6.583% Senior Secured Gaming Administration Notes due 2036.
