A unit of Blackstone-backed QTS Realty Trust LLC completed an upsized US$3.25 billion financing backed by a portfolio of 12 completed and fully leased data centers. JPMorgan acted as administrative agent and led the bookrunner group, which included Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo.
