NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE: SMR), a designer and marketer of small modular nuclear reactors, has announced a US$750 million at-the-market equity offering program pursuant to the entry into a sales agreement with UBS Investment Bank, TD Cowen, B. Riley Securities, Inc., Canaccord Genuity, and Tuohy Brothers.
