Latham & Watkins Advises on Hungarian Export-Import Bank’s US$1.25 Billion Bond Offering

Latham & Watkins has advised the joint lead managers on Hungarian Export-Import Bank’s US$1.25 Billion bond offering of 6.125% notes due 2027. The proceeds will be used to repay a bridge facility and other existing financings, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners David Stewart and Manoj Tulsiani, with associates Yolanda Min, Carolina Gori, and Alexander Kartyshev.
