TRG Screen, a leading provider of enterprise subscription spend and usage management software, has announced a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses. TRG Screen will use the capital to accelerate product innovation, talent, and go-to-market functions to meet the growing demand for transparency, compliance, and control of market data and information consumption.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the direct lenders in a financing to support the transaction with a banking team led by partners Jeffrey Senac, Jesse Sheff, and Pamela Kellet, with associates Gloria Torres Zavaleta*, Sean Travers, and Hai Pham. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by partner Jeffrey Tochner; on uniform commercial code matters by partner Brian Rock; and on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt, with associate Kathryn Harrington.
