
CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNH) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital LLC, has priced US$500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.375% notes due 2031, with an issue price of 99.086%. The offering is expected to close on January 8, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a Chicago-based Capital Markets team led by partners Christopher Lueking and Jonathan Sarna and counsel Manasi Bhattacharyya, with associates Teddy Finneran, Chelsea Carlson, and Andrew Johnson. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Rene De Vera, with associate Valerie Silva Parra.
