Latham & Watkins Advises on Booz Allen Hamilton’s Senior Notes Offering

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE: BAH), a leading professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in management, technology, consulting, and engineering, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., has priced US$650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.950% Senior Notes due 2033. The offering closed on August 4, 2023.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Marc Jaffe and Erika Weinberg, with associates Kathleen Mehary, Alex Gulino, and Richard Dacher. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with associate Claire Park; and on litigation and regulatory matters by Washington, D.C. partners Dean Baxtresser and Erin Brown Jones, Century City/ Los Angeles partner Joshua Hamilton, and Washington, D.C. counsel Ruchi Gill, with associates Julia Lippman and Jessie Michelin.
