On May 9, 2023, Booking Holdings Inc., a leading provider of online travel and related services, provided to consumers and local partners in more than 220 countries and territories through six primary brands: Booking.com, Priceline, agoda, Rentalcars.com, KAYAK, and OpenTable, priced an offering of €500,000,000 3.625% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2028 and €1,250,000,000 4.125% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2033.
