Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX: BTE) (NYSE: BTE) has announced it has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement to sell its US Eagle Ford assets for US$2.305 billion in cash.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents an undisclosed buyer in the transaction with a team led by Justin T. Stolte, Kevin Richardson, James Robertson, and Nathan Zhang, with assistance from Robert Cunningham and Patrick Donlon.
