Latham & Watkins has advised ADB Safegate, a global leader in airside products, solutions, and services and a Carlyle portfolio company, on the refinancing of its existing senior and junior facilities with new facilities including a new multi-jurisdictional syndicated term loan B issuance, revolving facility, and bank guarantee facilities.
