Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor in Pivotal’s £4.5 million seed round. The biodiversity measurement platform raised the financing to help it transform the economics of biodiversity tracking and build a platform to measure biodiversity at scale.
The round also included investors AENU and The Clearing Ventures and existing investors, Pale Blue Dot.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Michael Czarnota.
