Latham & Watkins has advised NVIDIA, the world leader in artificial intelligence computing, on the US$50 million Series C financing of PolyAI, a leading provider of customer-led voice assistants for the enterprise.
The round was backed by Hedosophia, NVIDIA’s NVentures VC arm, and Zendesk, with follow-on investments from Khosla Ventures, Point72 Ventures, and others.
The Latham team was led by Bay Area partner Alex Kassai and London partner Shing Lo, with London associate Samantha Si.
