Latham & Watkins advised Nactarome, global developer and manufacturer of natural flavor, taste, and color solutions for the food and beverage industry controlled by investment funds of TA Associates, on its acquisition of French group Plantex, a manufacturer of high-quality natural ingredients for the nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, and animal nutrition industries, controlled by Mérieux Equity Partners.
The Latham & Watkins team was led by partner Stefano Sciolla, with associates Marco Martino and Guido Hassan. French law aspects were handled by partner Gaetan Gianasso, with associates David Chatteleyn and Cheryl Yviquel.
