Leeds Equity Partners has announced that it has formed a new healthcare education and licensure platform with the completion of the acquisition of Archer Review, a provider of test preparation solutions for high-stakes medical exams.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Leeds Equity Partners in the transaction with a M&A team led by New York partner Jane Greyf and New York counsel Alyssa Galinsky. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Eric Kamerman, and on private equity finance matters by New York counsel Sonja Pollack.
