Latham & Watkins Advises Leading Semiconductor Infra Investor Maverick Silicon on Investment in Interconnect Solutions Leader Point2 Technology

Point2 Technology, a developer of RF-based interconnect solutions for AI data center infrastructure, has announced an extension of its Series B round led by Maverick Silicon, with participation from NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm) and UMC Capital, bringing total Series B funding to US$76 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associate Mason Taylor.
