Latham & Watkins Advises Janus Living in US$625 Million Public Offering

Janus Living, Inc. (NYSE: JAN) (Janus Living), a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), has closed its previously announced public offering of 25,000,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock at a price to the public of US$25.00 per share. In addition, Janus Living has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares of its Class A-1 common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering closed on June 4, 2026.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Janus Living in the transaction with a Capital Markets team led by Los Angeles/New York partner Lewis Kneib, Orange County/New York partner Charles Ruck, and Los Angeles/New York partner Julian Kleindorfer, and Los Angeles counsel Devon MacLaughlin, with associates Tristan Schmoor, Steve Hess, and Sareen Ishanyan. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Pardis Zomorodi, and Los Angeles counsel Will Kessler, with associate Sina Setayeshpour.
