Subsidiaries of Antero Midstream Corporation completed an offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2032 (the notes). Interest on the notes will be payable semi-annually in arrears on February 1 and August 1 of each year, commencing on August 1, 2024. The notes will mature on February 1, 2032.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Nick Dhesi and Ryan Maierson, with associates Paul Robe, Brian Bruzzo, and David Lee. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associate Molly Elkins; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles/Houston partner Joshua Marnitz.
