Hazel Health has announced it has taken the latest step towards accomplishing its long-term vision to support whole child health, acquiring BeMe Health, a mobile mental health platform that offers Tier 1 support and subclinical mental health tools, including content, asynchronous chat-based coaching, virtual safe spaces, and mood tracking.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Hazel Health in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Saad Khanani, with associates Darwin Ng, Alec Hampton, and Alice Han.
