Harvey has announced its acquisition of Aida, an AI-native sales execution platform founded by Glean co-founder Piyush Prahladka and Atish Das Sarma, who previously led engineering, data science, and growth teams at Patreon, Apple, and X. The co-founders and their team of search and machine learning engineers will join Harvey’s product and engineering organization. Aida is Harvey’s fifth acquisition of this year, most recently following Guardrails AI in September and Benchmark in July, all of which were also led by Latham.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Harvey in the transaction with a corporate team led by partners Tessa Bernhardt and Seth Gottlieb, with associates Min Oh, Kristine LaVeau, Tori Hu, Tim Plummer, and Rachel Oh. Advice was also provided on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters by partner Maj Vaseghi; on intellectual property matters by partner John McGaraghan; and on tax matters by partner Grace Lee.
