Latham & Watkins has advised Grünenthal GmbH, a leading pharmaceutical company in the area of pain management, on the issuance of 5.375% senior secured fixed rate notes and senior secured floating rate notes under New York law (144A/Reg S) with a total volume of €850 million and a term until 2032.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt Capital Markets partner Alexander Lentz and Munich Capital Markets partner Rüdiger Malaun, with Frankfurt counsel Gregory Walker, and Frankfurt associates Peter Neuböck and Laura Neumann.
