Property Finder, a Dubai-based real estate portal covering the sales and rental marketplace, has raised US$90 million in a term loan from Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Francisco Partners in the transaction with a transactional team led by partners Christian Adams, Haim Zaltzman, and Elizabeth Oh, with associates Mustafa Darwich and Anna Borsuk. Advice was also provided on certain corporate matters by partners Hendrik Smit and Christopher Clark; and on tax matters by partners Sean Finn and Katharine Moir, with associate Thomas O’Malley.
